She aspires to be a teen fiction author, but for now she is content to enjoy life with her friends , family and her four cats. After struggling to cope with her father’s untimely death, Weathers began secretly cutting herself. She hoped the physical pain would ease her grief. But Weathers now believes talking openly about her anguish and addiction will help free her from them.
