Bob first interviewed Charles Sennott in early 2009 to discuss a new international news website he had co-founded called GlobalPost. The purpose of the site is to revive foreign reporting. His team was put to the test this month when the uprising started in Egypt and FRONTLINE asked him to partner with them to get the story.
Sennott’s feature aired last week on PBS stations and gives a comprehensive take on the various activists who spurred Egyptian civilians into the streets to demand change.
