Anita Hollander is a study in courage and dedication. A lifelong performer, Hollander contracted cancer in her left leg and at the age of 26 had to have it amputated.
Amazingly, she was directing and acting in a play at the time of the amputation… she missed two weeks of rehearsals and was back with the company to open the show on time.
