Delbert McClinton & Glen Clark

Delbert McClinton (L) & Glen Glark (R)by Dan Bloom, proudcer

Delbert McClinton & Glen Clark recorded two albums together in the early 1970s. ‘Delbert & Glen’ and ‘Subject to Change’ were appreciated by their peers but fell short of widespread commercial appeal. The two men split up but remained friends, building their individual careers in the music business. Now, forty years later, the pair is back in action with a new album. Named after the O.V Wright classic blues tune, it’s called: “Blind, Crippled & Crazy.”

With a joyous musical chemistry and easy conversational rapport, it’s clear that these two friends picked up just where they left off. They’re so glad to be back in each other’s company that they’re touring into the fall. Here’s a list of tour dates:

July 26 Wilmington, NC Ziggy’s By The Sea

July 27 Richmond, VA The National

August 17 New Braunfels, TX Gruene Hall

November 7 Alexandria, VA The Birchmere

November 8 Annapolis, MD Rams Head On Stage

November 9 Kinston, NC Tater House Jam
