Each week, we’ll hear a new This I Believe essay – this time from Korinthia Klein. She makes violins and runs her own music shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also blogs about her experiences parenting three young children while being married to a soldier in the U.S. Army. When she was a young music student, Klein’s grandfather was her biggest fan and he only had one request. When she finally learned his favorite song, Klein only had one chance to play it for him. She believes it was more than a musical gift. It was one of love and comfort.
