Like any good Kentuckian, Bob is a fan of bourbon. Susan Reigler describes the history of the liquid and the distilling process. She’s a biologist, a former restaurant critic, and an author of several books, including The Kentucky Bourbon Cocktail Book.
Bob and Susan spoke at Bourbons Bistro, one of the restaurants on Louisville’s Urban Bourbon Trail. There, you can find just about every kind of bourbon in existence, and enjoy a tasty burgoo. If you want to go to the source of all that fine bourbon, the Kentucky Bourbon Trail is a good education in the craft of several master distillers.
