Each week Bob is joined by Dan Gediman, the Executive Director of This I Believe, Inc. to discuss one of the original essays from the 1950s radio series. This week’s featured essay is by documentary filmmaker Julien Bryan. In spending so much time with his subjects all over the world, Bryan came to believe that despite differences in politics and religion, we all share a desire for adequate food and shelter, honest work, justice, freedom and dignity.
