Political bloggers have gained respect — and official access — in recent years. In fact, President Obama called on a blogger during his first press conference. Eric Boehlert is a Senior Fellow at Media Matters for America and the author of Bloggers on the Bus: How the Internet Changed Politics and the Press. His new book focuses on liberal bloggers, but one can find a blog to match any ideology with a quick online search. In fact, there are so many blogs these days, it can be overwhelming to stay abreast of every new post, and difficult for bloggers themselves to stand out from the crowd.
